EVOLUTION NOT REVOLUTION

Over the last 12 years, we have introduced 15 software updates. Updates are based on questions/feedback into technical support. The updates are given FOC, to all our users, via our unique automated web update functionality included in the software. These updates are designed to make our solutions faster/better/easier. For Example, Our Plug’N’Play DTP1/300 thermal printer/printer driver saves set-up time and removes label waste. Internal videos included in the software, help new users get running in less than 5 minutes.

There are also new label additions such as our Fox-Flo® (LSZH UV stable) tie-on cable labels, Fox® PVC tie-on cable labels, Prolab® Raised Profile labels, and Prolab® Asset tag labels – all designed and developed for use with our unique One Software, One Printer and One Ribbon.

RUNNING COSTS

Our approach is a little different. We don’t charge an annual software licence fee. We don’t charge for support.
